Tuition Cost for Undocumented Students
Being an Undocumented Student does not always mean you are an out-of-state/non-resident. If you are being charged out-of-state/non-resident fees, contact Admissions & Records for information on:
- How to qualify for AB 540 status and/or the expansions SB 68 & AB 2000
- Applying for residency reclassification to pay in-state fees
- California Dream Act Application
- California Dream Service Incentive Grant

Undocumented students can receive financial aid to pay for college. Here are some of the available options:
- Apply for the CA DREAM ACT before the priority deadline, March 2nd
Note: you can still submit your Ca Dream Act after March 2nd, in fact, you can submit the CADAA any day of the
- Apply for grants such as the California Promise Grant and Cal grant
- Apply for the CA Dream Service Incentive Grant
- Apply to vwin德赢娱乐官网入口 Foundation Scholarships. By submitting your scholarship application, you are considered for more than 80+ scholarships!
Free NON-CREDIT Classes
Students taking non-credit are in the same class with the same teacher, same assignments, same exams, and therefore the same high standards and quality of our credit courses.
Since these courses are free, undocumented students no longer have the obstacle of high tuition fees for these courses.
- Take free non-credit versions of all our ESL (English as a Second Language) skills area courses from beginning to high-intermediate level

Disabled Students Programs and Services
Undocumented students with disabilities have access to services such as accommodations, transportation on campus, note-taking through DSPS (Disabled Students Programs and Services).

For undocumented students that are eligible for AB 540 and the California Promise Grant (formerly BOG Fee Waiver), You may apply for EOPS (EXTENDED OPPORTUNITY PROGRAMS & SERVICES)
EOPS’s primary goal is to encourage the enrollment, retention and transfer of students disadvantaged by language, social, economic, and educational circumstances, and to facilitate the successful completion of their goals and objectives in college. EOPS offers academic counseling, book vouchers, free tutoring, other support services.

Food Pantry and Food Bank Services
At vwin德赢娱乐官网入口, we understand how challenging and difficult it can sometimes be to put food on the table. As a vwin德赢娱乐官网入口 student, you will have access to the Food Pantry, which offers both canned and packaged foods.
